Text Box: Message From The President of PBA Local #89 and The Superior Officers Association The Orange Police PBA Local 89 PBA / SOA Salute our Hispanic Officers for: September 2010 Lieutenant Orlando Soto Lieutenant Orlando Soto was born in Newark, New Jersey. He was hired by the Orange Police Department January 1991. Lieutenant Soto attended Essex County College. Lieutenant Soto is assigned to the Administrative Division/ Community Service Bureau. He has also attended numerous schools and received numerous certifications/certificates. Detective Sergeant Harry Santiago Detective Sergeant Harry Santiago was born in Wilmington, North Carolina. D/Sgt. Santiago was hired by the Orange Police Department in February 1999. He was a member of the Nutley Police Department for five years prior to his employment with OPD. Det./Sgt. Santiago is a veteran, having served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm with the Army Reserve. After serving 21 years with the military Det./Sgt. Santiago retired at the rank of Sergeant First Class. Det./Sgt. Santiago has attended numerous schools and has received numerous citations/certifications. Sergeant Aydil Olivera Sergeant Aydil Olivera was born in Newark, New Jersey. Sgt. Olivera was hired by the Orange Police Department in January 2001. Prior to her employment with the Orange Police Department Sgt. Olivera was an Officer with the Essex County Juvenile Detention Center. Sgt. Olivera attended Berkeley College and is currently assigned to the Patrol Division. Detective Walter Imbert Detective Walter Imbert was born in Newark, New Jersey. Det. Imbert was hired by the Orange Police Department in August 2003 and is currently assigned to the Detective Bureau. Det. Imbert served four years in the United States Army as a Combat Medic. Det. Imbert attended Central Texas College. Det. Imbert has attended numerous schools and has received numerous citations/certifications. Officer Richard Adrianzen Officer Richard Adrianzen was born in Orange, New Jersey. Officer Adrianzen was hired by the Orange Police Department July 1999 and is currently assigned to the Patrol Division. Officer Adrianzen served in the United States Military as a Marine and served in Desert Storm. Officer Ricardo Rodriguez Officer Rodriguez was born in Brooklyn, New York. Officer Rodriguez was hired by the Orange Police Department December 2001 and is currently assigned to the Patrol Division. Officer John Lopez Officer Lopez was born in Newark, New Jersey. Officer Lopez was hired by the Orange Police Department January 2003 and is currently assigned to the Patrol Division. Officer Hector Rosado Officer Rosado was born in Orange, New Jersey. He was hired by the Orange Police Department July 2004 and is currently assigned to the Patrol Division. Officer Pablo Cajiga Officer Cajiga was born in Montevideo, Uruguay. He was hired by the Orange Police Department March 2008 and is currently assigned to the Patrol Division.
